I am attempting to simplify my diet for various reasons. Mainly some digestive issues but also finding I waste a lot of food because it turns rancid before I can eat it. In any event - - I am proposing the following diet for myself and wondering if this is all I eat for a period of time -- it anyone can see any deficiencies. I am not claiming or trying to be 100% raw but I am pretty darned close. I know some of you will disapprove of some of my food choices. I am not asking for approval from you I am just wondering if I am getting all my vitamins and minerals. Here is my diet: 4 - 6 bananas per day That's basically it. I guess I am mainly worried about Vitamin C. Does anyone have any constructive thoughts to share? Thanks for taking the time to read this. Dee
