Dr D,
I have been diagnosed with CFS. I am losing weight and can't seem to digest anything.I am in pain from anything I try to eat. My energy is so low, I can barely walk around and am housebound.
I have heard about the 80/10/10 diet and plan to begin immediately. Also, perhaps a fast is in the future.
Right now though, is there anything special I should know about beginning the diet in my condition?
