FCI has clients that work full time, or train for marathons while on a juice diet; this can be done if the juices are nutritious and you drink lots of them. For such people, juice diets are a practical, workable way to get well and transition to a whole plant diet, rather than resting and fasting on water. Douglas Graham has a point about "let's not get into an argument" about "theraputic juices" a misnomer as he rightly states. Having said that, I find raw juices so much more enjoyable than munching on raw veggies.. I love carrot, beet, apple, romaine lettuce juice, although I don't find the whole foods that enjoyable to eat. Enjoyment is a huge factor in choosing what to do. So if you enjoy juices, then enjoy yourself.
