The November monthly goal of 1000 pennies was attained, putting me over today's overall penny total of 288,000.
A contributing factor was the arrival at Pearl Harbor of the Navy's newest Guided Missile Destroyer, USS Michael Murphy (DDG-112), named after the SEAL Medal of Honor winner--lots of sailors and visitors contributing to my pelf.
Other notes of pecuniary interest:
--Over $100 in bills for Nov., breaking the monthly bill record for the year.
--Nov. also saw an upsurge in dimes, with over 350 for the month.
--Nov. broke the monthly record total for the year, with over $200 in all denominations
--On 1 Dec., two one-dollar bills completed a new milestone-- at least one bill found in every month of 2012.
