I prematurely exceeded my 1000-pennies-per-month goal, which allowed me to move up a notch to 285,000--this in spite of a
week in San Diego and a stand-down in running in preparation for the AFC Half Marathon. Results of the two half marathons I ran in August are posted on the Fit Folks board.
