About one fifth what they produce on a sunny summer day, according to this man's experience. So we need nuclear to get us off fossil fuels, at least until we figure out a way to keep atmospheric CO2 levels from continuing to rise. How about wind, which is high speed in the winter, and wave and tidal power?
