Here is a clear example of how gummit funded
institutions are always expanding and growing their
mandate and sucking in and wasting more and more
scarce tax dollars. What has Global Warming got to do
with jet propulsion? Well, who is gonna pay for the
hiring all these new earth science majors if the
gummit doesn't do it? I'll bet if that place were run
efficiently (e.g., firing dead weight) and stuck to
the purpose for which it was originally created, it
could operate on 1/10 of its funding.
