Tough call. I think he is probably doing the right thing chiseling away, rather than dropping a bomb.

But, like you said, from the looks of him, maybe he doesn't understand what is most obvious.

I live in Southern California and we hear a lot about watering our lawns less. You never hear a word about eating less meat - which would help more?
