in fact, quite a sharp decline in the last 3 years. Global warming has been espoused as an undisputed fact by the media and all "credible" scientists (um hum). Hollywood has done it's part to scare people about the castastrophies that await us if we don't get with the "program" immediately. But people are starting to question it more and more.
Now, unlike you, I don't think that the more people who believe something makes in more or less credible. You keep harping on how many scientists believe in it. Well, many don't. And those of us who aren't totally naive know that scientists are very influenced by who funds their little projects. No one has wanted to hear anything but that Global Warming is real. There is no funding for the dissenters.
The idea has been well funded and well advertised. But fewer people are buying it.
