Obviously, Mr. Krugman is right. Those saying that the whole science of man-made global warming boils down to computer projections, are, well, severely deluded.

One example, mentioned in Krugman's piece, I think, is that climate models missed the rapid melting of the Arctic ice. I'm sure they've underestimated the rate of global warming as well. The real problems are the melting of the Greenland and Antarctic ice shelves, and sheets; not to mention glaciers all over the world.

So. Planetary treason? I agree.
