Like all gummit agencies they might do some things OK, but they always do other things not worth a crap. Given enough time and money, they can tweak their hardware until it works OK some of the time, but they seem to have some trouble with their space shuttles blowing up. But when they are called upon to shill global warming hysteria for the dimocraps and the UN, who in his right mind would listen to a word of it?
