What matters is what actual climate scientists know. You should take some time to read up on what they know. You might want to start by reading "The Discovery of Global Warming", by Spencer Weart. Another good one is "The Rough Guide to Climate Change", by Robert Henson. Then, of course, there is the work of Dr. James Hansen.
