pardon me but savvy means-
practical understanding; shrewdness or intelligence; common sense:
and that doesn't seem to describe Bill before or after. After all Bill doesn't understand simple words or concepts like
"I didn't have (sexual relations)with that woman" hmmm...
what did Bill think that meant?
We all know Bill isn't sure what "is" is and I think he is pretty fuzzy on what "inhaled" means. And this was BEFORE the bypass.
Actually, he might be getting more smart since we haven't heard of him forcing himself on some poor woman for awhile now. And Bill's recent testiness is simply that the adoring media doesn't adore him anymore. I think the doc's premise is wrong this time.
