QUINTERO, an illegal alien from Mexico, was found guilty of murdering a highly respected HPD officer. You will remember QUINTERO as the Mexican who allegedly was not offered a contact with the Mexican consulate following the murder, and the case was considered by the Texas Courts. President Bush asked the Texas courts to consider the fact that the murderer was not (allegedly) allowed to contact the Mexican consulate. The case was considered by the SCOTUS, as you recall. QUINTERO was adjudged guilty, and sentencing will follow shortly. STAY TUNED.
