I'll bet the average public-school dropout is much more likely to vote dimocrap, if he or she votes at all. Do you think dims want to redistribute income to benefit all the poor, uneducated Republican voters? How many Republicans do you find in inner-city slums unless they are running a private soup kitchen or other Christian charity?
