Thank you for your advice. I'm trying a sort of elimination diet to see what is causing my problems. I eat mostly vegan, but unfortunately, beans give me the worst problem. I also have huge problems with meat analogs such as tofu pups and fake burgers. It's probably because they are processed foods even though they are vegetarian. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and even some of those give me trouble. So I have a long road ahead of me to figure this out.
