My daughter had several symptoms...gassiness, bloating, stomach pains. We had a blood test done to test for food alllergens. The most offending foods were gluten (anything wheat, rye, barley, oats) and dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt, ice creams, sour cream, etc). Going gluten-free and dairy-free has made a WORLD of difference. She lost weight, no pain, and feels more energetic. She eats mostly a vegan diet. Eating more fruits and vegetables is key to fewer allergies and definitely improves your health (less cancer, heart, obesity, diabetes, etc.) There are many gluten-free foods on the market now, so life is not as difficult as it first seems. Go gluten-free and dairy free for a few weeks and see how you feel. Dairy foods are cancer producers anyway, so that is not difficult to give up! "Dangerous Grains" is a good book to read about food intolerances.Good luck.
