Start with an elimination diet. You can probably find tons of links about how to do it, but you basically cut back to basics (foods that are generally not known to cause allergic reactions), thyen start adding foods back, one at a time. When you get a reaction, then you've found one of your culprits. When you know what's causing your problems, adjust your diet accordingly.
