Talking about homemade carrot and cheesecakes!! I have a frozen Marie Callender's peach pie for dessert. After the following feast that I've actually already spent a considerable amount of time on tonight, I'm not about to bake!. Here's what I'm making:
Tofu/nut/garbanzo loaf. I make this up as I go along, but there will be lots of garlic and onion, and many different herbs. Collard and mustard greens - braised. Garlic mashed potatoes and cashew gravy. Maybe cornbread, but am sure we'll be stuffed with the other stuff.
