Emily, The Vitavit Royal is the top of the line pc from Fissler. I'd guess that Espitech has a higher markup for their merchandise. If you do get the Vitavit, make sure you get a steamer basket & tripod with it. I didn't see it listed as being included with it in the 2004-5 catalog. Also, one advantage to a pc with handles like the vitavit royal has is more leverage to open it.
