1. The Declaration of Independence... 1776. Cutco couldn't have possibly been around as long as henckels and it doesn't matter anyways. 3. Actually I find that cutco knives are generally rated better than both wusthoffs and henckels. The only time I ever see a bad cutco review is from some disgruntled sales rep who quit the job too soon or someone trying to sell from a different brand (specifically Ronco... lol if you buy those) 6. Bolsters are a preferrence of professional chefs, nothing more. Personally I hate them because they make knives unreasonably heavy. 7. Not if it costs more. The handle shape of most professional knives is actually very easy to produce via injection molding or thermoforming, which makes them cheaper to produce. Shaping a plastic into a cutco handle is a much more difficult process, as it will be much harder to make the material flow into the required shape evenly. 8. Your point? Anyone who has taken latin knows that much. 9. Cutco's forever guarantee misuse and abuse clause only protects the company from idiots trying to replace the same knife 30 times when they decide that it's a good idea to try to cut rocks and trees with it. 11. Good to show that you're just a disgruntled sales rep at the end of your argument. Clearly to you, it was just a knife selling job, and you did not take advantage of the opportunity presented to you. I already know based on your attitude that you did not go to team meetings, the office, conferences, or anything like that to take full advantage of the other things that Vector offers its reps. By doing so, you made the job into "just selling knives" for yourself and ruined it for yourself. Please, tell me if I'm wrong about this, but I'm betting I'm not. S.A.V.E. is for people who weren't suited for the job. Go cry about it to your fellow students working in the cafeteria for $8 an hour. I'll keep my $200-300/hour (not the most common day but it's not exactly too uncommon for me either) days and work 10-15 hours a week to your 40 hour week at $8/hr any day of the year. The opportunity isn't for everyone, but vector gives a lot of people a chance. Don't go crying about it if it just wasn't for you.
