Do you mean the henckels eversharps or the cutco knives? I can tell you that henckels are made with an inferior steel to cutco, have an inferior polish, and are quite succeptible to corrosion, especially if they are used in a dishwasher. Henckels are not dishwasher safe. Cutco knives are. As far as the sharpness and lifespan of henckels eversharps go, they're nothing special. They won't last forever and aren't particularly sharp, nor are they good at cutting in the first place. Fancy design, that's all there is to those. Cutco knives are better in every category.
