Okay, this is just too much.
"Most serrated edges are ground with the sole emphasis being the resulting shape."
What? That isn't true. Most serrated edges are ground to increase the effective length of the cutting edge and protect that edge. ANY decent manufacturer in the world doesn't just grind serrations so they look nice!
"CUTCO's grind aims to bring the edge to maximum sharpness to minimize tearing of the food when
cutting with it."
Excuse me, what's "maximum sharpness" exactly? If you knew a thing about knives, you'd know that the "maximum sharpness" has a lot to do with grind angle, and you're not discussing that. What's the edge angle on these? You'd also know that there is an edge retention issue with a steep angle (if we are talking "maximum sharpness" on soft steel like 440A. Right?
"The material is a chemically engineered acetyl copolymer ..."
BAAAAHAAH ... as opposed to all the accidentally engineered or poetically engineered plastics out there? What kind of shill farm produce you, may I ask? This is completely absurd. You're just spewing sales speak like a robot. The handles are plastic. They were not produced by NASA. LET IT GO.
