You're talking out of your ass. Sorry. What you said makes no sense. A balance of hardness and flexibility? Uh ... Cutco doesn't use hard steel (sorry, it's 2008, and 55-57 Rockwell isn't "hard" anymore, even for mainstream home kitchen knives). Further, you don't want "flexibility" in all of your knives. It's just not a desirable trait across the board.

What bothers me however is how you are attempting to come off as knowledgable and technical but it's clearly fluff talk.
