Most of the statements given in this post are devoid of any research proving what is stated. What's more, is that the poster's qualifications as a professional on the matter are not given. Allusions do not prove facts. This is entirely devoid of professional research and should be disreguarded entirely by someone looking for a professional opinion on the matter. What's more, is that this guy is just plain wrong on just about everything that he says. If I remember, I'll post a customer testimonial from a woman who has owned a set of cutco knives for FORTY YEARS on here later today about how great they are. If anyone can come up with better proof of their quality than a firsthand testimonial, then please do so. Otherwise remove this guy's post entirely.
