Wow. You sure are convinced that Cutco knives are all they are made out to be. I wonder, though. Have you ever used a Wustof or Henckles knife for that long? Sometimes, what you got seems pretty good, until you see something better.

Incidentally, have you ever *needed* 24-hour customer service on a KNIFE? Tell you what, you pay me 5, 4 or 3 times what a product is worth; If it breaks before you lose it, I'll replace it for you Johnny-on-the-spot!
