You forgot to mention the fact that your company requires its employees, most of whom are penniless to begin with, to invest in a several hundred dollar "demo" kit. And in order to make ANY commission off of your sales (all cold calls, by the way) you have to sell above and beyond a quota, which 95% of all employees never do. If you don't sell your quota, the weekly pay that you received for that month will be counted as a debt to the company. Yeah, it's a fantastic deal... for them. So not only has the company at least made a few hundred off of the poor college student who put the demo kit on his high interest credit card but he even sold a set or two to his relatives. And he'll never see a dime of it, only more debt and shame. It's a sham, plain and simple. Stay away.
