I was "raised" with pressure cookers- then when I married in 1953 I also had 2 of them. In 1989 I bought two for the micro--and have used them ever since ! Do all the meats in them, in 20 minutes or less, pork loin, pot roast w/vegs, chicken--time depending on the wattage of your mirco. Have 2 large micros, NO OVEN :-) and seldom use the stove top ! Would be happy to send receipes. Saw your post while looking for pressure cooker for friend.
