Hello - I have a Mirro Jiggle-Top Cooker, which is pre-set for 10psi. I have a few questions;

1) It seems that most recipes / techniques are meant for 15psi? Is this an industry standard?

2) I don't suppose there's a general rule of thumb for converting from 15 - 10?
