Thanks for the tip, David, but I ended up buying a new Fagor Rapida 6 1/2-quart pressure cooker, so the jiggle-top I don't think is an issue any more. Most pc recipes seem to call for a little oil, though. I'll try the beans 'n greens combo with my new pc, too. Thanks.
