Hi, I read a book by Virginia Messina called The Vegetarian Way. She says that if you're using a pressure cooker to cook beans, which she highly recommends, then you may need to use oil if you are using a jiggle-top pressure cooker. Well, I'm in the market for a pressure cooker, but don't want a jiggle-top one as I don't like cooking with a lot of oil. So would a Fagor or small Rikon fit the bill? Thank you.
