Go to Yahoo Groups and subscribe to Pressure Cooker Recipes. This is a terrific group and you will find that Ray Knapp (the group owner) is very knoledgeable and helpful. There are discussions about purchasing and using pressure cookers as well as recipes in the files section as well as the message section where recipes are often posted. Technically, you really don't need specific recipes for electric or digital pressure cookers. Good luck! DO NOT click on the links in this message.
