I purchased the Technique pressure cooker from QVC. I wish I had purchased the Cook's Essentials. It had much better reviews. I was in a hurry and I won't order again without researching it. I have not had any problems with it. I am new to pressure cooking and am having trouble finding recipes. Does anyone know of a good book or website?
