Go to: http://www.farberwarecookware.com/

Select the Customer Service tab; then go to the Knowledgebase link.

A separate window will pop up. Search on "pressure cooker recipes" and click on the "Search" button.

A list of matches will come up; select the one that says "Farberware Quick Cuisine Pressure Cooker Recipes"; another screen will come up that has a link to "FBW Pressure Cooker Instructions.pdf" (you may have to scroll down to find it).
