I have used the tender cooker several years ago. It works great. It came with a cookbook. I have sence lost the book. I found the number for the main headquarter of Nordic ware. 952 920-2888 I tried calling, however they are closed on the weekend. If anyone has come across the book, It would be a good idea to scan into PDF and pass it around.
