I have a Majic Chef microwave pressure cooker I just bought and have been looking for recipes also. The 2 or 3 responses that came back helped. I did cook 2 good sized pork chops an inch thick with 1/2 cup chicken broth for 15 min. with the cap open. I didn't know any better but they came out very good and tender. I guess I am to close the little steam cap to hold in the pressure. I want to be able to cook vegs. with the meat. Can you do that?
