Subject: YUM!! Got my 7L KR and made chili tonight. Too good! A question inside.

It is everything you all said. I made a variation of Sabrina's chili with pinto beans, no TVP (subbed corn), and it was just great! The only thing is I forgot about the high altitude adjustment, so I needed an extra 2 minutes of high pressure. I can hardly wait.

By the way, it did take one hour total to cook the chili, starting from the speedsoak to the end. Is this about right?
