Hi everyone, I just got my new pressure cooker - it came with a trivet and a steam basket. I'd like to use an insert in it - what can I use for the insert i.e. a glass bowl, a ceramic casserole dish. I'm just not sure how those materials react under pressure - would i be better off using an aluminum bowl or something. Many thanks.
