Santa brought me the DVD set of the 2006 HL Expo. (Hurray!) In it Sabrina Nelson talks about steaming the perfect veggies in her (small size) pressure cooker. Does anyone who what size she was talking about? I happen to be in the market for my first ever pressure cooker and I'm not sure what size(s) to buy... I'm going to get a Kuhn Rikon and they offer several sizes. Can I get by with one pressure cooker or do I need more than one? I will be cooking for me, my husband and three kids. Any advice would be great! Thanks!
