If you got bucks go for the KR "hotel" line they have larger capacitys (see www.kuhnrikon.com) I personally got a Fagor 10qt. (they have a 12qt) & it has worked well so far. The quality is not as good as the KR but I'm not sure it's worth the extra $200 or so.
