And it was great, everybody really liked it. Orange-sweet potato soup (my invention - 3 min) Garlic Potatoes (Sass - 3 min) Mushroom Vegan Gravy (PC'd) Green Beans, PC'd then pan fried Stuffed Acorn squash (stuffing and squash PC'd) It was a smash! If you ever try this, know that PCing so many dishes as once is high intensity work. Everything happens at once, but it's the way I like to cook. What really helped is to use two Kuhn Durotherm Thermal-cooker PC's, as I talked about in a previous thread. I did the potatoes and soup in these two, which was great because once they were ready I just stuck them on the table and worked on the rest of the dishes, and they stayed hot.
