I have a Fagor pressure cooker. It's a modified jiggle top,about 10 years old, where the steam comes out the vent. It's supposedly safer than the old jiggle top, but it can explode if the vents get plugged? I'm considering whether or not to get a new pressue cooker now. I thought this one was safe, but someone told me it isn't the safest. Is this true? Thanks.
