I do have an extensive experience in the PU industry, and was the production manager of the factory in Finland manufacturing sandwich panels, insulation slabs and one component PU foam. The sandwich panels were manufactured on bothh continuous and discontinuous production lines. Presently I am working as a consultant, mainly for the safe manufacturing technologies. However, I have kept PU as one important leg of my business. If you have further interest in the continuous manufacturing of sandwich panels, I would like share my expierences. I do also have experience in the manufacturing of various other kind of insulation materials, as well as using EPS as a core material for sandwich panels.
