I am new to this board. It is wonderful! I am enjoying several soup recipes that I have learned from this board! Thank you! I read books saying that cooking (stir fry, steam...) will spoil the nutrition of vegetables. They recommond eat fresh raw vegetables (except roots). In this case, I am wondering if pressure cooking will do even greater damage on the nutrition of vegetables. With the coming of the winter season, my family and I would prefer hot foods. I appreciate your input.
