Wow. I just rediscovered my pressure cooker. Found this forum by finding the veggies forum. Used my pressure cooker for the first time in 5 years. Made risotto. I've made it from scratch before - not very often - it's exhausting standing and stirring at the stove. Much creamier out of the pressure cooker. Does anyone use frozen veggies with their risotto - do you have any favorite combos? Thanks.
