There's just a little nop in the air and that means it's time to make soup. After months of risotto, polenta and the occasional pho, my darling pc is now doing what she does best - magic trio soup (beans, greens and potatoes). Only because of inventory and personal preference, in the past 2 weeks I've only made magic duo soup. And, I've found that the best shlepping to work container for these beautiful homemade soups is a mason jar. It seals tightly and all your coworkers can see your lovely, healthy lunch. Plus, it holds enough that you can give them all tastes.
