This is about soaking beans: Yes, I know about quick-soak, and even NOT soaking, but I still want to know:

Can you pre-soak beans and then freeze them until you are ready to actually cook them? I DO like my beans soaked, but our schedules are so crazy these days that I want to do as much as I can ahead of time. Anyone tried this? Do you soak, then drain, then freeze? Or keep some liquid in with the beans when you freeze? Do you have to thaw, or can you just dump them into the pc? How long can you keep them frozen?

Thanks-
Cheryl
