figure out what pressure it is at?? All of the recipes I have are for a Kuhn Rikon that state "Bring to the 2nd ring of pressure, lower heat and pressure for 10 min" etc etc..... How do you use a pressure cooker without a pressure indicator??? Can anyone help me??? These recipes look wonderful but how can I use this Magefesa--which my birthday benefactor tells me cannot be returned??? Ann Ü
