which is the biggest benefit. The stovetops are also smaller and easier to transport. But with the electrics, you can dump your stuff in and go - and if you're going to a party or something, take the pot with you to keep your food warm.

But given a choice between a big Kuhn pot or a Farberware, I'd take the Kuhn.
