You only use about 1/2 the actual capacity so don't let the size scare you. I like it because it's simple and easy to clean.

We've only been using ours for about a month. "Major time saver".

I highly recommend going w/Sabrina's recommendations on Lorna Sass's cookbooks. The Fagor book is confusing and incomplete.

You will get hooked!
